Balloon artist

Vince entertained our Seniors Club this week and everyone had a great time. He's very good at encouraging an interaction between himself and his audience and making it a fun experience for all. The children from the creche next door joined in for the balloon animal section of his act and they and their mums also had a great time. T he audience was aged from about 2 to 98 years old so his appeal across all groups was well demonstrated.

Service was outstanding - Tash was easy to communicate with, was really helpful in guiding colour combinations and styles, and always had a beautiful smile on her face! Highly recommend.

After being a loyal customer for 9 years & spending thousands of dollars with them I have found the customer care skydive when I needed to cancel one order. I was told I couldn't as they'd inflated my balloons 2 days before my party. Most places offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. What upset me the most was the sales persons appalling attitudes & rudeness as there is no reason or excuse for it. I will never purchase from this shop again & have found that the cost is double what you'd pay from Big W & other local party outlets despite them being the exact same brands of party wear & balloons. Very nice people while you are spending money but the customer service stops there & that's a true test of a good place to buy. Avoid avoid avoidEdit:The balloons had already started to deflate by Saturday so we felt doubley ripped off!I ended up buying a number 10 from Big W for my daughter at a later date for half the price & it lasted for weeks! Hmmmmmm go figure! I’ve already referred over a dozen people to Big W who are enjoying the lower prices, oh & the staff are very accommodating & not at all rude like at Party Plus

Disappointed customer here :( Huge time frame given for delivery (despite ordering weeks in advance) meaning balloons were outside on a hot day.Only a colour guide given by me for a bright bunch of balloons and appears that they have taken advantage of me giving them creative freedom by using up undesirable colours.Balloon quality looks poor compared to balloons pictured on website.Poor customer service when these issues were brought to their attention... they have never responded to my email. Would not recommend these balloons at all!

I was planning a very special surprise birthday party for my husband - and I wanted something a bit 'razzle dazzle' to mark the occasion. I saw Lightitup Balloons on the internet and decided to find out a bit more. Barry was so accommodating and just a real pleasure to deal with. His suggestions & advice were very much appreciated and he truly cares about his customers. When we walked into the restaurant, we were so happy with the decorations and so were our guests! Awesome advice

Simply the BEST customer service around! I cannot thank them enough for helping us out when my Mum was sick and forgot to collect her order. With communication issues too, they did their utmost for us, and couldn't have been more sweet and helpful. We've had all our party stuff from them since I was pretty young and like many family run businesses, the extra care is why you go back. Thanks so much Party Plus Joondalup! My niece had a fab 1st birthday and the huge confetti balloons were an absolute hit! :D
